We do not provide refunds once your order has been dispatched.
Should you need to cancel or amend an order, this must be done before your order is dispatched, so please contact us as soon as you can.
Should your items arrive damaged or broken, you must provide photo evidence of the product condition on arrival by emailing email@example.com and state whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Upon approval of a refund, you should receive your funds back to the method of payment used at check out in 2-5 business days. If you have been approved for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
